Deposit

Refundable Damage Deposit:
$1,000.00 for an event, $600.00 for an overnight stay

Tax Rate: 11.65% Farmerville Lodging Tax for overnight stay, 9.60% for events

Cleaning Fees: First Floor only - $125, Overnight Stay - $350

Tables, tablecloths, and chairs are not provided. We recommend several local venders who deliver, set up, and take down tables and chairs for your event.

To reserve your date, we will send you a contract and waiver via email to sign and return along with your deposit (signed contract and waiver plus half down to reserve the date). The balance plus the refundable damage deposit is due 30-days prior to your event, overnight stay, or both.
